Elle Vincioni is a young American novelist and author of newspaper articles. Born in Nashville, Tennessee, she early on moved to Coral Gables, Florida, Newport Beach, California, and Honolulu, Hawaii, which she still calls home. She wrote her first novel as a high school student passionate about political science, history, and art. When not writing, she is often outdoors appreciating nature and the ocean. Elle Vincioni is the author of Through Liberty's Shackles and currently lives in Honolulu, HI.
